FOLLOW UP FILE:

Unofficial reports of an unnamed pilot matching Joshua Arands' description flying support and interdiction missions, in a black A-wing starfighter, for free traders against armed bandits of varying strength and size. All contacts regarding these rumors designate the pilot as 'Guardian'.

A-wing starfighter HuNo B34232z81AF was later recovered on Ryloth after Imperial Intelligence agents triggered a self-desctruct sequence while attempting to secure the vessel. No pilot was found, but hotel records show him registered as Jak Guardanis on the same day of the explosion.

Joshua Arands was last known to be a Commander in the Caspar Marines, and was captured in a Casparian Starfighter on Sluis Van. Admiral Ackbar, after a prolonged discussion with Arands, inadvertantly released him, unaware that the Command had wanted to debrief Commander Arands before releasing him.
