Star Wars behind the Magic, weapons test

By no means is the weapons test on this exhaustive CD-Rom the coolest thing about it or one of the more interesting. This CD contains everything you ever wanted to know about Star Wars. From scripts, books, pictures, clips, action figures, glossary, 3d tour of the millienium falcon and more. It is however the funniest. You get to test various weapons of the trilogy on a Stormtropper! Here he is shown before you've selected your weapon.

This is one of the weapons you get to use on the poor hapless Stormtropper, the lightsaber. I wont tell you what happens when the lightsaber reaches this unfortunate soldier. when he reported for weapons test duty, do you think the tropper knew that he would be the target and not the tester?

This Stormtropper has been pummeled by Ewok rocks and is already swaying from the punishment.

Dance, tropper, dance. And that's exactly what he starts doing when laser blast start richoceting all around him. He's a very good dancer.

alas, this is all that's left of the tropper after the thermal detenator test. There is one more weapons test with the Death Star Beam but I won't spoil that. Yes, you get to fire the Death Star and a simple Stormtropper. definitely overkill.

Rogue Squadron for the N64

To access the sleek fighter, type in HALIFAX? as your Passcode, select Enter Code, then type in !YNGWIE!. Select Enter Code again, and you'll have full access to the Naboo Starfighter. If for some strange reason you'd like to disable this code, type in HALIFAX? then enter in any word you'd like as your second Passcode.

Rogue Squadron. This is a must own game for any Star Wars fan. There's more in this game than you can shake a stabilizer at. This is one of the mining platforms in the Taloraan system. Is it just me or does it look a lot like Bespin? Of course with the story line of rogue Squadron they couldn't include Bespin so why not the next best thing? A Bespin clone.

You can fly both outside and inside the cockpit. Here we see the inside of an Awing and a corellian corvette in the distance. You can also turn off the cockpit so you can see the full screen as you fly. This game is so cool.

Ahh, Look a cute little Tie fighter. Blow it up!!

Check this out! You can fly the Millenium Falcon in this game. Simply enter the word FARMBOY in the password section and the Falcon is yours to fly on most missions!. Enter the code TIEDUP to fly a tie interceptor. (highlight the falcon then press up on the D pad) To drive a ATST enter the code CHICKEN

This is an image of a world devestator. If you read Dark Empire you know to head in the opposite direction. But hey! It's just a videogame so full speed ahaead and there's always "reset" when you get your but handed to you with a cute little bow attached.

Like I said you can fly the Falcon. The little movies that play before and after your missions will reflect what vehicle you have chosen. Normally this should all be V wings but, since I chose the falcon the little vinette changes. Cool huh?

Walkers abound in this game. which is a good thing. There's nothing quite like battleing walkers. Unlike in Shadows of the Empire you can blow up the At-Ats after tripping them. The head can even be destroyed independently if your aim is good.

Could this be the Death Star trench? I think it is. You need a silver medal in every mission to get here.

Try not to run into Y-wing after you get here though

The Battle of Hoth is the last secret mission in Rogue Squadron and kicks the tar out of the version in Shadows of the Empire. This is a must have gaem for any Star Wars fan. The graphics are great and these pics were sampled without the the expansion pac. Real-time lighting effects will make your jaw drop. See that patch of pinkish snow in the picture? A laser passing by is coloring the snow! It must be seen in action to be truly appreciated.

You can also control your fighters from the outside but it is alot harder to fly but, it does look very cool. Like this Xwing flyby of a Corvette.

having problems getting past that damn course on Baroonda? Problem solved!!!

Debug mode code

I have a new code that is sort of like a "God Code" and is called the Debug Code. To enter, open a new file and hold down "Z." While holding the "Z" button, punch in the following code using the "L" button: RRTANGENT
You should see the letters appear in the lower left-hand corner. Next, while still holding "Z" select "END" and press "L." (nothing will happen to confirm correct entry at this point) Go back in the unused file, and using the same method for punching in the above code, punch in "ABACUS" Again you should see the letters appear in the lower left-hand corner. Now go over to "END," select it and (while still holding "Z") press "L" You should see "OK" appear in the lower left-hand corner. Now open any file. (You dont need to use the empty file for this code to work, you may now back out of this file and use a previously saved game) Once you enter a race press start and using the D-pad press R,D,L,U (Right, Down, Left, Up). A new option should appear titled "Game Cheats" now you can modify Racer stats, make yourself invincible, reverse courses, and much more...
