· ANAND: The most straightforward of the "na ban tuathige," the three sinister dark fairies whose journey to Adamuh (Earth) caused Sprite to follow in their wake. Anand is a lover of carnage on scales major or minor. She has been called "the War-Mistress," and the appellation has fit for millennia. Her influence almost always tips its hand through violence, in some manner or other. Whatever her aspect, Anand is very much fury personified, the enforcer who sees herself as vengeance sent forth to test and punish any unfit for continued survival. Given the multitude of conflicts that afflict today's societies, the world appears to be very much her oyster.

· ARMADILLO: The man called Armadillo is the prototype for the armored thug, a mercenary who will hire himself out to anyone if the price is right. Armed with a high-tech suit of battle armor, Armadillo has been a thorn in the side of law enforcement for the past several years. He has not been captured as yet, and so his true identity remains unknown. What is known is that the man inside the armor enjoys using the suit. A lot. In fact, it's so neat that he apparently wants everyone to know what it can do, which is why he broadcasts his intentions. The Armadillo battle armor is silver gray in color with two large red eye visors. His gauntlets, belt, and joint plates are made of a metal the color of bronze, though made of sterner stuff - probably a heretofore unnamed alloy.

· BABD: This dark fairy is one of the "na ban tuathige" who journeyed to Earth at the behest of Person or Powers unknown. She delights in discord and strife, but of a sort at once subtle and sublime that builds and builds to devastating effect. Babd is the most cunning, complex, and devious of the dark fairies. As with all the fairies, her hybrid form must be similar in genotype to her original body. Babd is a beautiful, alluring, but domineering woman appearing to be in her early thirties.

· KAYLA BANKS: Personal bodyguard and assistant to George Carr, CEO of Carr Industries. Rumors in the criminal underworld suggest she takes an altered version of Cyberline treatment. But that can't be. Cyberline is used only by PRIMUS Avengers, and the drug is guarded better than Fort Knox. Right?

· BLACK DRAGON: An Oriental metahuman with eerie, glowing red eyes and athletic appearance. Little is known of this enigmatic figure, save his reputation as an assassin who accepts only challenging assignments and is paid in untraceable types of currency or valuables. His true identity is not known. Even his existence is thought by many to be but rumor and innuendo.

· BLACK MAMBA: Jefferson Durant is a former Nobel Prize nominee for his work in biochemistry. He and his family were kidnapped by Cobra and his minions. Thereafter, Durant's genius was harnessed to escalate Cobra's own "enhancement" program, including the mutating of Durant himself into the superhuman Black Mamba. As Black Mamba, he possesses superhuman strength and endurance, as well as the ability to drain both from opponents. Durant's identity as Black Mamba is known to law enforcement officials. However, as long as Cobra holds Durant's family hostage, Black Mamba has no choice but to work to his "employer's" benefit.

· BLIGHT: An enigmatic metahuman for hire who possesses the metahuman ability to cause things to wither and weaken at an advanced rate, affecting all living things in some as yet unknown manner. It is known that Blight can even cause death if unleashing his powers long enough on a singular target.

· BLITZKRIEG: A superhuman speedster who hails from Germany.

· BLOODSTONE: A metahuman mercenary rumored to be in the employ of the mysterious Pharaoh. Little is known of Bloodstone save that he is said to hail from South America, and has been linked to criminal acts of theft, smuggling, arson, destructive of state and private property, drug running, and murder in most of the known nations of that continent.

· GEORGE CARR: The CEO of Carr Industries, an international business interest that holds sway in many disciplines, from chemical plants to sugar plantations. He is regularly featured in the top business magazines such as Forbes and Wall Street Journal. Carr is very rich, and most expect him to get richer by the day. He is widely known as a "player" on both the state and national scene. In reality, Carr is a powerful business magnate who considers himself to be above the law. Carr firmly believes that might makes right, and that the powerful set or ignore the rules as they themselves see fit.

· CITIZEN ZEE: The nom de guerre for the armored guise of Josef Zerstoiten, one of the many offspring of the notorious genius Albert Zerstoiten, the dread Destroyer who plagued the world from the mid 1930s up until the early 1980s. Josef's desire for power is as much driven by a need for the world to acknowledge the greatness of the Zerstoiten legacy as anything else. To that end, he and his family members and certain servitors whose entire lineages have sworn allegiance to the Zerstoiten cause are creating a worldwide web of influence. It is Zerstoiten and his clan that are behind much of the recent escalation in violence from "hate groups" and other neo-Nazi organizations in North America. But those represent only the tip of the iceberg, for Zerstoiten has an agenda not based in bigotry, but in creating chaos - for in chaos lies opportunity for the strong and sublime. Josef and his kin have unearthed several secret strongholds of the Destroyer, from which they strike forth against the world. That one of Albert Zerstoiten's kin is probably this new Citizen Zee is largely recognized by the world's law enforcement and covert operations agencies. They, however, are clueless as to Josef's identity given the sheer number of offspring in the Zerstoiten bloodline as old Albert impregnated many hundreds of women over the course of his lifetime, with many of those of sufficient age to have children and grandchildren of their own. Go "HERE" to read the introductory scene about Citizen Zee.

· CLIODHNA: A dark fairy recruited by the "na ban tuathige" when they journeyed to Adamuh, i.e. "Earth." She is breathtakingly beautiful: pale blue eyes, alabaster skin, platinum blonde hair, a figure to die for - which historically is exactly what has happened to many a mortal male. Cliodhna is known by the nom de guerre Banshee, a new metahuman villainess whose public comments seem to suggest a feud of some type with the heroine Sprite. Widely known abilities include the power to become a ghostlike wraith and the ability to control the emotions of the male gender. Rumors suggest Banshee possesses other metahuman abilities as well. Of course, the public has no inkling of her true heritage.

· COBRA: Timothy Blake was a genetic researcher with the Genetic Manipulation Research Project secretly funded by a coalition of several international conglomerates. One day, even he went too far, and was kicked out upon the discovery that he had been covertly conducting unauthorized experiments on human test subjects. Also an obsessive fanatic, Blake used his own money to set up a laboratory and continue his life-long passion. However, resources were more limited than his needs allowed, and so one fateful day he actually decided to take the ultimate test of his own conviction that he was on the verge of unlocking the human body's genetic potential: he administered his experimental recombinant DNA serum to himself. The serum was successful alright, giving Blake a number of superhuman attributes; but it also malfunctioned in an unforeseen way, giving him a hideous, semi-human appearance that made him appear part reptilian. Taking the name of Cobra, Blake has spent the past decade forming an organization of his own - getting rich and gathering power unto himself, but always with the true intention of continuing his forbidden research. Cobra was caught and incarcerated once during his career, eventually managing to escape the Stronghold prison facility. His true identity as Timothy Blake became known during this time.

· CHARYBDIS: Little is known about the woman called Charybdis, save that she possesses aquatic-related abilities, speaks with what appears to be an accent akin to those found in the eastern Mediterranean area of Europe, and has reportedly been hired by the mysterious mastermind Pharaoh.

· DRAGONMASTER: Hua Xiao Yang is a master of the martial arts and former covert operative/assassin for the People's Republic of China. Certain party members grew to see Yang as a threat, forcing him to flee to the United States after several attempts on his life. He quickly grew tired of working as an illegal immigrant dishwasher, turning instead to a life of crime using his knowledge as a trained spy and almost supernatural kung fu skills. Yang has organized a fanatical following of American Chinese youth gangs, and has reached near mythical status in the American Underworld as the feared "Dragonmaster."

· THE HEXAGON: One of the single most infamous and feared metahuman organizations in the western hemisphere. They are led by the Old Man, who is rumored to be an immortal sorcerer more than four hundred years of age. Rare are the times when this group has not held one of the top spots on America's "Most Wanted" list. Besides El Viejo, current known members include Demonica, Exeter, Mithryl, Pandora, Vagabond, and Whisper. Go "HERE" to read about individual members and details of The Hexagon.

· MANFRED KRAUSSE: A megalomaniac of the highest order, Manfred Krausse has been sought by the world's law enforcement agencies since the 1960s, to no avail. Krausse is a criminal mastermind with no discernible metahuman abilities, although he is possessed of a scientific and organizational genius capable of threatening the entire world, or at least huge chunks of it. Krausse first came to international law enforcement attention in the late 1960s, when he created no less than three "Broken Arrow" situations in attempts to become a nuclear power unto himself. He surfaced again in the late 1970s and early 1980s, where he almost succeeded in causing World War III and changing the balance of power in international politics; his plans were foiled by the Sentinels, but at the cost of Sentinel leader Paragon's life. Krausse, aging but still determined to show he has what it takes, surfaced yet again recently. He was discovered to be playing some role in the theft of biological weapons of mass destruction. Krausse's modus operandi is to aim big, and often employs metahuman muscle to help in achieving that aim.

· MACHA: The "Crone of Conflict," one of the "na ban tuathige" who journeyed to wreck havoc on Adamuh, i.e. "Earth." The fairies who passed through the Great Barrier must meld with the physical form of one comparable in genotype to their actual bodies. Macha, therefore, usurped the body of an aged woman, effectively taking over the life of that individual and making the physical form her own. The ancient crone has found her new identity useful, and well able to hide her exploits because few realize that she possesses a secondary form: a scaled, winged female horror that easily dismissed tabloid reports have erroneously labeled as being a "Harpy." Immortals walk the Earth once more, and fear, discord, malice, and strife follow apace.

· MAGOG: An engine of destruction on two legs, the fearsome Magog has a semi-human appearance and possesses vast superhuman strength and resistance to injury, both of which have been seen to increase still further at times for some unknown reason. The man-monster called Magog has a hatred for the United States military, and has even centered that obsessive anger on several select individuals with clear links to the Pentagon, and several others who apparently have little obvious link to military matters.

· MANTICORE: A muscular human in general form, this man-monster has a distinct lion-like aspect and a pair of large scalloped wings protruding from his back. Known abilities include enhanced senses, superhuman strength, improved resistance to injury, claws capable of ripping through all but the densest of materials, and the power of flight. It has been observed that he likes to play with his "prey," often losing himself in the excitement of the hunt. This has been turned to advantage by more than one metahuman champion, both to escape their own deaths as much as to capture Manticore.

· MINIONS OF THE OVERLORD: A mysterious and powerful group of metahuman assassins intent on murdering the Old Man and members of the criminal organization The Hexagon. Notable members include Darkraven, Shadowhawk, the Gargoyle, Discord, and Valkyrie. Go "HERE" to read about members and details of the group.

· NIGHTBANE: Tall, handsome, white-haired, and a notorious jet setter who always knows the best place to party, Nightbane also is delusional, believing himself to be a vampire. In reality, Nightbane is a mutant who possesses many abilities akin to those possessed by the Undead of myth and legend: superhuman strength and reflexes, enhanced senses, rapid healing, the ability to mentally dominate those of weak willpower, limited power to defy gravity. Nightbane cannot change into a bat or wolf, although reports indicate he is capable of some type of empathic link with such. He is immune to many supposed "vampire" wards such as garlic and Holy crosses. However, Nightbane will burst into flame when exposed to direct sunlight, nor can he breath if immersed in water (much the same as most mortals). Nightbane is a stone-cold killer, plain and simple, who hires out as muscle for those who can afford his services, as long as the prospect of spilling a little blood is offered as part of the deal.

· OBLIVION: Death personified, or so this fearsome metahuman styles himself. Oblivion has been deemed clinically insane by PRIMUS, the FBI, Interpol, and other law enforcement agencies. Oblivion seeks nothing less than to end it all, not just on a personal note but taking everyone and everything with him. He appears usually as some variation on the traditional Grim Reaper look, but always with the hood and skull face-mask. Oblivion has demonstrated energy-manipulation abilities that can be employed for a wide variety of effects, and appears to be able to survive unharmed in environments that would kill any normal human.

· PHARAOH: A tall, muscular male of indeterminate age who wears a stylized uniform slightly reminiscent of Egyptian kings. He possesses metahuman physical abilities which are further amplified by his weapon: a long-handled hammer of ancient design and workmanship that Pharaoh claims is the Hammer of the Thunderers, his by right as the heir to a metahuman bloodline of men who once were worshipped as Thunder/Air Gods on Earth. Pharaoh is a megalomaniac mastermind with an agenda that somehow incorporates the recovery of certain ancient artifacts - most notably the Thunderer's Trident - which he views as belonging to him. He is known to employ "lieutenants" in his machinations, and also has a "High Guard" that acts as his personal bodyguards and most trusted servitors and/or companions. Members of the "High Guard" are known by the aliases of mythological gods of ancient Egypt and surrounding nations of the near East.

· REQUIEM: It's one of the great questions of metahumanity: Does Requiem cause someone to die wherever he goes or is he merely drawn to the imminent death of somebody? Nobody knows for sure, even Requiem, who is not too sure that everything is not his fault via some unknown aspect of his metahuman powers - even though he tries to convince himself otherwise. This criminal type is a gregarious soul by nature, and feels much consternation at how his presence always seems to ruin a good party. Unfortunately, most people also are pretty sure that Requiem's unfortunate ability to arrive at the scene of death and destruction has unhinged his mind. Despite his apparent insanity, Requiem is fun to be around, and really does not seem to mean anyone any overt harm. He has actually even proven useful to superheroes on occasion. Requiem is sometimes hired by certain individuals as an errand boy, given his abilities to get in and out of highly secure and/or dangerous areas through metahuman abilities that include teleportation and the ability to survive hazardous environments. One thing everyone in the know knows about Requiem, his word is his bond, and he honors any contract into which he enters.

· THE ROYAL FLUSH CABAL: One of the most ill-fated villain teams in existence, actually sued twice by DC Comics for trademark infringement. They keep changing the last word in their name in an effort to avoid future lawsuits. They're small time cannon fodder looking to score big. Go "HERE" to read about members and details of the group.

· THE SOCIETY OF NACHANS: A group of individuals related by bloodline that possesses ancient knowledge about the world and who see themselves as "Keepers of the Flame" in protecting artifacts used by metahumans who were once worshipped as gods by cultures long dead. The society is most active throughout the Caribbean region, Latin America, and South America. The group also has a presence in the middle east, but to a lesser extent. They claim to be the direct descendants of an ancient priesthood that served and worked with metahumans long ago. The Nachans are the "Serpent Men," i.e. the "Keepers of Secret Knowledge" mentioned in the tomes of old. Some members of the society possess metahuman abilities themselves, as evidenced by Jonathan Nachan-Smythe and several of his trusted servitors. The group takes its name from the ancient Yucatan city that grew up around the place where the "great god" (metahuman) Votan landed in the new world from across the sea, bringing with him ancient knowledge and succor for those who served the ideals he embodied. The society ran a series of nightclubs scattered around the world, all connected via ancient technology that created a transdimensional conduit through which people or items could travel, traversing thousands of miles in a few short minutes.

· THE TRIUMVIRATE: Little is known about the Triumvirate, save that the name has been mentioned several times in recent years as hiring metahuman criminals and sending them out on "jobs." PRIMUS Intel suggests that the name might indicate a singular individual with three distinct aspects, three individuals working in concert, three arms of a singular organization, or three organizations working together for common purpose. Any verifiable information about the Triumvirate would be of high interest to PRIMUS, the FBI, Interpol, and other law enforcement agencies.
