The man called Crossfire appears to fall into the "super athlete" or "skilled human" designation for masked vigilantes. That he is an archer of considerable skill is readily evident, as is his use of varied technological-based weaponry in the form of arrowheads. Crossfire also has demonstrated expertise with martial arts and the development of a fighting style that mixes this proclivity with his skill with bow and arrows.

PRIMUS observations (see filed addendum G2-387-B) has rated Crossfire's dexterity, hand-eye coordination, agility, and speed of movement as being far above the human norm, even exceeding that of any known Olympic athlete. Speculation is that Crossfire may be a low-grade metahuman with superior rankings in the abilities listed above.

Crossfire has been issued a PRIMUS Threat Level Designation of Four (4). Agents should use caution if in a situation of potential conflict, given his demonstrated skills, combat abilities, and access to numerous and varied technological-based weaponry. However, his lack of extensive metahuman abilities without access to specialized weaponry seems to indicate that normal PRIMUS containment procedures should prove adequate should Crossfire be encountered in an adversarial relationship.
