Season One Episodes
Episode 1: "MY NAME IS JAKE" - Part I
A spaceship plummets to Earth in a construction site, and five unsuspecting
teens - Jake, Rachel, Marco, Cassie, and Tobias - discover a dying alien, an
"Andalite" prince named Elfangor, who communicates with them in . Elfangor warns them that Earth has been invaded by the evil "Yeerks,"
green, slug-like creatures, which enslave their victims one by one by crawling
into their ears and taking control of their minds. To empower and protect the
young Earthlings, Elfangor gives them a unique Andalite gift - the abilityto
morph into any animal they touch. Now, the five "Animorphs" must use their
newly acquired power to battle the Yeerks and save the galaxy. They must trust
no one, and nothing will ever be the same again.
Episode 2: "MY NAME IS JAKE" - Part II
Scared and curious, the Animorphs experiment with Elfangor's gift. On Cassie's
family farm, Jake, Rachel, Marco, Cassie, and Tobias practice their new
morphing powers, experiencing, for the first time, what it feels like to be a
horse, a cat, and a rat. The Animorphs, now confident about their new ability,
return to the crash site to retrieve a lost disk given to them by Elfangor,
who warned the kids to guard it with their lives. To their horror, when the
Animorphs arrive at the construction site they find the place filled with
"human-Controllers!"
Episode 3: "THE UNDERGROUND"
There's something suspicious about a new club called "The Sharing." The
Animorphs attend a meeting at school to find out more. They are led into the
ominous "Yeerk Pool," that Controllers must visit every three days in order
for the Yeerks to survive...Will the Animorphs ever get out alive?
Episode 4: "ON THE RUN"
After a terrifying close call in the Yeerk Pool, the Animorphs decide to split
up and gather more information. While Rachel and Cassie find out about The
Sharing and look for the missing Tobias, Jake and Marco make a startling
discovery about Elfangor's disk!
Episode 5: "BETWEEN FRIENDS"
Tobias finally shows up and nothing will ever be the same....Meanwhile,
Rachel's best friend Melissa (the daughter of human-Controller Principal
Chapman) is acting strange and distant. When Rachel and Jake are captured in
cat and dog morph, the Animorphs are in danger of becoming part of the animal
kingdom...forever.
Episode 6: "THE MESSAGE"
Cassie and Tobias are having strange visions and feeling someone's pain.
Cassie follows her visions and discovers another injured Andalite has crashed
on Earth. This young Andalite, named Ax, is unsure whom he can trust. Should
he place his faith in the young humans who possess the Andalite's unique
ability to morph, or in that other stranger...
Episode 7: "THE ESCAPE"
The Animorphs have discovered a secret weapon to use against the Yeerks -
maple-flavored oatmeal! The Yeerks crave it, and when they eat it, they are
unable to control their hosts! But to use the oatmeal weapon successfully, the
Animorphs will have to return to their darkest nightmare
the Yeerk Pool!
Episode 8: "HOME"
Homesick for his own planet, Ax uses a high-powered telescope to contact his
father, and becomes hurt and upset when he is blamed for entrusting the
Animorphs with the Andalite power to morph. Ax tries to hide his feelings from
his friends on Earth, but soon learns that he must trust the Animorphs if they
are to fight together against the Yeerks.
Episode 9: "THE REACTION"
Cassie and Rachel rescue a young boy from a crocodile pit at the zoo. But,
since the incident, Cassie has been itchy...and morphing involuntarily. The
girls are invited to appear on a morning TV show, but if Cassie's not careful,
she'll end up morphing on national TV!
Episode 10: "THE STRANGER"
An omniscient alien, the Ellimist, pays a surprise visit to the Animorphs and
shows them the probable future--complete Yeerk domination of the Earth. The
Ellimist offers the Animorphs and their families refuge on another planet.
Will the Animorphs abandon their battle to save the Earth in order to save
themselves?
Episode 11: "THE FORGOTTEN"
Rachel morphs a hawk, but something goes terribly wrong. She crashes and
awakens lost in the woods with no memory. First captured by a suspicious freed
controller and then '"rescued" by controllers at a Sharing camp-out, Rachel
doesn't know whom to trust. Will she remember about the Yeerks before it'stoo
late?
Episode 12: "THE CAPTURE" - Part I
Jake's dad has been planning the installation of a new health clinic at the
local hospital. On the eve of the grand opening, Jake discovers that the
clinic's most generous benefactor is
a Yeerk! The Animorphs must infiltrate
the clinic before the Governor, the clinic's special guest, is infected!
Episode 13: "THE CAPTURE" - Part II
Jake is acting pretty normal
but he did fall into the Yeerk pool. The
Animorphs decide to play it safe and keep Jake under close watch for three
days. They cannot trust him. But can they save him?
Episode 14: "TOBIAS"
Tobias and Ax take a trip down memory lane when Ax constructs a "living diary
maker" which projects their memories. To help Ax understand what it is to be
human, Tobias revisits some painful human memories. In the process, Tobias
understands that he's still the same person, no matter what his physical form.
Episode 15: "NOT MY PROBLEM"
The weight of battling the Yeerk invasion is wearing on Jake and after a bad
day, he wishes he'd never met Elfangor at all. But be careful what you wish
for, it might come true. After a taste of "what if" from the Ellimist, Jake
realizes that as hard as the fight is, it must go on.
Episode 16: "THE LEADER" - Part I
The Animorphs discover a second Kandronna and set out to destroy it, but Jake and Marco are caught with the Yeerks' new morph-detecting devices and sent into space aboard the Yeerk mother ship. On the ship Jake and Marco uncover some shocking secrets. There is a Yeerk leader more powerful than Visser Three--Visser One. But the biggest secret of all is that Marco's mom isn't really dead--worse--she's Visser One!
Episode 17: "THE LEADER" - Part II
Back on earth, Cassie and Rachel destroy the Kandronna. Marco and Jake make a daring escape from the mother ship with the help of Ax and the others. Now that Marco knows about his mom, he won't stop fighting the Yeerks until he gets his mom back.
Episode 18: "THE RELEASE"
The Animorphs discover that the Yeerks are dying in the head of many controllers. The controllers have concocted a flu epidemic cover-up story, but will the truth get out? Jake and Marco take a big risk to try and save Tom, sick with the Flu, but he is taken by controllers for regeneration in the final hour. The risk pays off when they discover that he is in fact a freed controller, Mr. Perkins, their science teacher, who is trying to save Tom. Unfortunately, his attempt fails, and Jake and Marco must help him escape Yeerk retaliation. Once again, their risks pay off and they learn that saving the world sometimes means one person at a time.
Episode 19: "FACE OFF" - Part I
The Animorphs are excited about the district basketball finals but for more urgent reasons than who's going to win--the Sharing is putting on the half-time show and a large event like this is ideal for trapping new hosts. Little do they know that the controllers are planning to unleash their newest breed of Yeerks--ones that don't need Kandronna to live! Tom and Chapman lose the disk and Tobias recovers it only to unlock its secret.
Episode 20: "FACE OFF" - Part II
The Yeerks' plan is revealed when Principal Chapman stops the game and announces that there is a tornado warning in town and everyone must retreat to the basement shelter for safety. The Animorphs know that there is nothing safe about this shelter--it's the Yeerk pool--and the plan must be to infest everyone at the game. But Tobias has unlocked the secret of the disk and with new morphing powers, the Animorphs enter the Yeerk pool and the battle begins. How will it end? Find out next season!
