Yavin 4
Yavin 4 was the location of the Rebels base at the time of Luke Skywalkers induction into the Alliance. After fleeing Dantooine, the Rebel forces lead by General Dodoona landed in the Yavin system on the 4th moon. Converting long abandoned temples and ruins into hangers and command centres the rebels soon felt safe on the new planet until the Death star arrived. The battle of yavin then commesed and the Rebels had destroyed this massive machine of destruction. the rebels then fled to build a base on Hoth.
Yavin 4 is a jungle planet with many volcanoes, and is filled with a lott of life although no intelligent life is present.
