Land Speeder
The land speeder is a repulsor lift craft
which is used as transportation all over the galaxy, some are
personal transport such as Luke
Skywalker's X-34, others can be used as buses or cargo
transports
Lukes landspeeder was a sports model and
so sat two people with very little cargo space, droids could be
magnetically attached to the back. Luke persuaded his Uncle Owen to allow to buy
the speeder because of the distance apart mositure vapourators
are, but in reality it was to race his friends and Luke
extensivley modified his to go faster and to be more manoverable.
Luke was forced to sell his land speeder to gain the finaces to be able to hire a ship to take him, Ben Kenobi and the droids to Alderaan.
