Moff Tarkin
Tarkin was one of the Grand Moffs whose
responcibilities were based in the Outer Rim. Tarkin was one of
the Empereor's most loyal
followers and was instrumental in the building of the Death Star, which was
mainly his idea. He later commanded this huge space station and
was instrumental in the destruction of Alderaan as a lesson to
the Galaxy not to join the Rebellion. Tarkin was later killed on
the Death star when it
exploded duie to Luke Skywalkers direct missile hit, in his
aggroance of it being indestrucable he didn't even launch
fighters to guard the station or leave his post to go to his
personal shuttle.
