2-1B
2-1B is a medical droid, who works for
the Rebels. He is a skilled medic with many opperationans,
conditions and otherdetails stored in his data banks. He is in
charge of the Rebels rare Bacta supply. Often teamed with other
droids like the FX-7 medical assistant droid, he is very
successfull and efficent having an almost perfect record. He
served on Hoth in Echo base
and on a Rebel Frigate modfied for medical duty. 2-1B treated Luke Skywalker twice, the first
after he was captured by the wampa
ice beast and the other to fit a new robotic hand after his
confrontation with Vader.
Like other medical droids, he has complete medical and treatment
for the majority of the major races in the galaxy nad has much
room in his databanks for more he is also equiped with surgical
tools and data feeds to control other maachines directly for
example bacata tanks.
