Relativity by Albert Einstein
Beyond Einstein by Michio Kaku
The Elegant Universe by Brian Greene ( this goes on into superstring theory but 150 pg's is on relativity)
For basic physics coverage
Space, Time and Quanta by Robert Mills
QED by Richard Feyman
Flatland by Edwin Abbott
General Astronomy
Voyages Through the Universe by Fraknoi, Morrison and Wolff
I also recommend most Stephen Hawking books as he covers alot of cosmology and things of that nature in some of them, look on the jacket to see if it mentions it. He writes in a fairly general enough way that the vast majority of his books are readily understaood by the public at large.
