Plot:
It's sorta about eva peron, a cool argentinian politicians wife. But this thing is a) incomprehensible, b) has a rockin' cout scene, c) boring, d) well, just plain bad.
It has them signing, i guess, the main plottish type points but neither are known for there diction so you can guess where this gets us. I think they tell about her rise and fall in the peoples eyes but that's only from the box cover. It seems more an excuse to sing and mumble about nothingness.I happen to be one of her few fans and I liked her opposite griffin dunne in who's that girl , but here, both her and antonio are out of their league and it gets muddled down badly to accomidate them. He can sing, just not this stuff, she can sing dance numbers ok but this is a bit much for her I think. Anyways, if you're the type that'll rent crap, this is for you. People who are fans of either will be disappointed, and liable to break the vcr to get it out quick enough. Those who don't take my head, screw you. You've been warned.
