Well. At first I thought, humm, I could go through vocabulary but that'd be mind numbing for all of us. Then, I thought maybe a list of links. Well, that's been done. So, I've decided to teach the basics of astronomy with the help of my inept story telling ways. now, some of this will be obvious, some boring( hey, I had to sit though it and pay $150 a credit hour for it) but most of it I hope will be entertaining and informative. Now to get a few basics out of the way before I start. 1. My spelling is attrousous so I'll do my best but you'll find if you just sound the word out you'll know what I'm saying. 2nd. I'm assuming you can read.3. I don't know how much physics any of you readers have had so, I'll just briefly explain the nesseccary fundamentals here and then continue on. If any of the basics are to much for you, read the story and see if that helps , if not, here's a recommended reading list to get you up to speed in the basic physics concepts. I also want to point out that physics isn't difficult. People who say it is simply haven't studied it. What I mean is most concepts of anything new to you simply take a few times to get through. But if you can read what I 'm typing you can understand physics. It's not the frightening thing other non physics writers try to make out. So, , also realize I write on about a fourth grade reading level so you won't find anything mind boggling here, ok.
