I never took pictures after I cut the sheet styrene but what I did was cut six pieces into 6 inch squares.

Then I glued them all together to make a cube

Then I took out my super sculpey and I made 6 circles and placed them on the center of 5 of the sides. I opted not to do the bottom since I wanted to place it on the table and have it sit flat.

I also added some sculpey tubes to connect each circle, but my first try they where to fat so I made them skinnier.

I placed the beads that I got from the craft store right on top of the circles

That did not look good so what I ended up doing was placing the circles around the bead and attaching it to the cube itself.

I then removed all the sculpey parts that I made and baked them in the oven at 250 Degrees for 15 minutes.

The parts that where made with sculpey after they where baked they where painted silver.

I primered the cube grey. I still need to sand it down some and some spackel it and repaint it, but since this is a prototype I will skip this step for now.

Once the primer was dried I decided to make my holocron box black so the box was painted black.

I've painted all the parts now I've started gluing the pieces together. (HINT: Don't use cememt for plastic models, it smears the paint and makes a big mess.)

More to follow so far that all I have to offer. Later I will glue all the parts together, for the final look.
